SMS Consent

Last updated: July 30, 2026

This page explains how Jean Garcia Falcao ("we," "us," or "I"), an independent sole proprietor operating under U.S. EIN, collects consent to send SMS text messages, what messages you may receive, and how to opt out at any time.

1. How We Collect Consent

We collect consent through an explicit verbal opt-in during a live, one-to-one phone call. We call business owners and attorneys to discuss our lead-response and appointment-scheduling service. Before the call ends, we ask for your permission to follow up by text, using this exact script:

Verbal opt-in script

"Would it be okay if Sentry Intake follows up with you by text — the demo link and my contact details, so everything's in one place? You'd only get a few messages from us; message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Is that alright?"

You are added to our messaging only after you verbally answer "yes" to this question. That consent is logged with the date and your phone number. We do not message anyone based on purchased lists, scraped data, web forms, or implied consent of any kind. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in.

2. Written Confirmation

To confirm your verbal consent in writing, the first text message we send asks you to reply YES and repeats the key disclosures. You will not receive any further messages unless you confirm:

Confirmation text — first message

Sentry Intake: You agreed on our call to receive text follow-ups from us. Reply YES to confirm. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

3. What Messages You Will Receive

Messages are conversational and directly related to the phone call you had with us. They may include:

We do not send promotional blasts, and we do not message anyone who has not given explicit consent.

4. Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies and is low — typically only a few messages per contact, tied to your specific conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. How to Opt Out or Get Help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages from us unless you opt back in. Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at work@jeanfalcao.com.

6. Privacy and Data Sharing

We do not share or sell your mobile information, opt-in data, or consent to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above. For full details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
