These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your communications and interactions with Jean Garcia Falcao ("we," "us," or "I"), an independent sole proprietor operating under U.S. EIN. By communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Communications
We communicate with business contacts by phone, email, and SMS text message. Communications are conducted in a professional, business-to-business context. We send SMS text messages only to contacts who have given explicit prior consent, as described in Section 2 and on our SMS Consent page.
2. SMS Messaging Terms
We send SMS text messages only with your explicit prior consent. Consent is collected verbally during a live, one-to-one phone call, and is then confirmed in writing — the first message we send asks you to reply YES to confirm, and you will not receive further messages unless you confirm. Providing your phone number alone does not opt you in. Messages are limited to the conversation you had with us: follow-ups, scheduling, and direct replies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our communications in good faith and for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to use our communications for any unlawful, harassing, or abusive purpose.
4. No Professional Advice
Our communications are for general business and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or other professional advice. Any services discussed are subject to a separate written agreement.
5. Privacy
Your use of our communications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information. We do not share or sell your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our communications or your reliance on any information provided.
